cute staff quick valet fantastic view extensive buffet
The staff at the front desk were very cute on arrival. the valet service was quick. I never waited long for my car. my room had a fantastic view of the city. I could see quite far. i found the breakfast buffet extensive and varied. i particularly enjoyed the south indian options. They tasted authentic.
the pool closed relatively early at 8 pm. with the warm weather, i would have liked to use it later in the evening.

efficient check-in spacious room fresh preparation
the reception staff really shines thanks to helena she was warm and efficient during check-in the room was spacious with perfect cleaning the burj view offered a great panorama the breakfast buffet was good offering a large variety of options and fresh preparations were available
the hotel location meant i occasionally encountered heavy traffic when traveling to certain parts of the city

the hotel features a large fitness center with modern equipment i noticed there were three treadmills and two stationary bikes available a rooftop pool offers refreshing swims and sunbathing with about twenty loungers present and a shaded area provided

I found the free shuttle service to the shopping center very convenient. There were departures every hour. I. The water was so refreshing!!!

amazing breakfast convenient access spacious room
the breakfast was amazing with so many choices, i saw options for every taste. the hotel offered convenient access to main attractions, super helpful. the rooms are spacious and so clean, i noticed an amazing view .
i found an issue with the credit card hold after checkout. i hope they can resolve it quickly. the hold on my card is still there, but i already checked out.

i felt pampered in my room. it was very spacious. the amenities are great, i especially loved the high-quality toiletries. the staff are very attentive to every request.
i found the wait times for elevators a little long, especially during peak hours. this sometimes made it inconvenient to quickly access the lobby or other hotel facilities. the hotel might improve this by optimizing elevator usage.
